A Rotkreis 2001-ben alakult, eredetileg négy taggal. 2002-ben öttagúra bõvültünk; a mostani felállásban 2004 óta zenélünk. Modern, énekközpontú, dallamos rockzenét játszunk, mûsorunkban a saját számok dominálnak. Jelenleg is folynak az elõkészületi munkái a várhatóan 2007 áprilisában elkészülõ promóciós hanganyagunknak. A korongon is helyet kapó Ami nekem itt maradt c. számunkhoz nemsokára elkészül a klip, melyet a promóciós EP-vel párhuzamosan fogunk terjeszteni.

Rotkreis was founded in 2001. Over various changes in the members, the line-up evolved to the current one in 2005. The style of the band can be defined as "vocal-focused, melodic, modern rock music". Rotkreis has regular shows in Hungary, with own songs dominating in the set list. The singing language is mostly Hungarian.
